Job Summary:   Be subject matter expert on the application of brand guidelines and organization of sales aids and digital assets.

Job Responsibilities:

This flexible and agile individual will:

1) Administer brand guidelines and approve application of brand guidelines across internal and external marketing executions.

2) Monitor and track how brand guidelines are applied.

3) Train global-area-country marketers on the application of brand guidelines.

4) Coordinate library of sales aids, digital images and the internal brand guidelines portal,.

5) Refresh sales aids to meet brand guidelines compliance.

6) Develop internal newsletters to highlight best practices and

7) Support internal and external marketing opportunities.    

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related areas. MBA strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of Marketing product/brand management experience in health care/OTC marketing.
  • Intermediate to advanced level PC skills to include Word and Excel.

  • Demonstrated success in project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills including business and financial analysis.
  • 1 year of experience developing promotional sales aids is preferred.

This position is based in Lake Forest, Illinois with no relocation support available.
