Execute change control process for quality and controlled documentation; policies, processes, procedures, etc.  Applies document formatting, editorial corrections; rendering documents to .pdf format and ensures that changes made to controlled documents are appropriate, justified, and properly approved by responsible governance functions according to established procedures.  Manages daily document flow within the document control system to maintain defined service levels.  Tracks change requests to completion; contributes to metric reporting and analysis and problem solving related to documentation management.  Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. 

Main Responsibilities

Executes doc control process to ensure timely processing of change requests for our customers.  Performs rotational tasks within the doc center as define by management including training of change request initiators and approvers; Modifies departmental policies and procedures in accordance with divisional requirements.

Doc control – understands documentation, archival, and change control processes in a quality environment.

Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Self starter, works with minimal supervision, works well in a team environment
