Build Strong Engineering Fundamentals
You’ll develop a solid foundation in engineering essentials through on‑site training in Witney and block‑release sessions at the Oxford Advanced Skills Training Centre in Culham. With access to modern workshops and expert tutors, you’ll learn core techniques like machining, welding, and electronics. These fundamentals set you up for success across multiple engineering disciplines.

Experience Real Engineering in Action
Rotations across key departments—such as systems engineering, engineering support, maintenance, facilities, and technical engineering—give you real‑world exposure to how advanced manufacturing works. You’ll apply your skills to real challenges, collaborate with experienced engineers, and work with modern technologies.
